Privacy and safety
Privacy and child-safety notes
Game Sparta is designed for simple browser play. At launch, games work without accounts, public profiles, open chat, direct messaging, user uploads, or downloads.
What we collect at launch
Game pages may use basic analytics to understand which pages load, which games people visit, and whether the site is working properly. This helps us improve speed, navigation, and game quality.
We do not ask players to create accounts before play, and the public game pages do not ask for names, email addresses, school names, home addresses, or payment details.
Child-safety direction
Kid-focused areas should stay free of open chat, public profile pages, direct messaging, user uploads, and behaviorally targeted ads. If future features require accounts, saving progress, leaderboards, comments, or personalization, this page should be updated before those features launch.
Parents and teachers should be able to understand what a game does before a child starts playing. That is why Game Sparta uses dedicated pages with visible rules, safety notes, and related games.
Advertising and monetization
The current SEO launch is built around organic discovery and game quality, not intrusive ads. If ads are added later, kid-directed sections should avoid behaviorally targeted advertising and should keep the playing area clean.
Contact and updates
This is a launch-stage policy note. It should be reviewed whenever Game Sparta adds accounts, comments, payments, ads, personalization, emails, contests, or other features that change how player data is handled.
